Clearly the manufacture looked at the Horotec case back tool, and tried to copy but had no clue what it was for. The tool has a spring loaded center post that should have a screw to lock the elevation of the watch so you can open the back.., however this was not included on this version. Ive included a photo showing the item that was sent on top and the part that is missing is circled in green. The image on the bottom is the real Horotec tool and showing what should be there - but its not.I reached out to the seller and pointed out this issue and even provided the same photos, but the seller assured it was just a mistake and they would send me another. After waiting 2 more weeks, it arrived today exactly the same and they just lied to me. The lack of height adjustment means its impossible to use this without forcing the watch into the bits and makes it totally useless.Save your money, buy a good quality tool - this one may look OK in the pictures but it fails to function as intended making it a paperweight. If I could give it 0-stars I would, especially for lying to me and wasting my time waiting for a replacement they knew was going to be exactly the same (but prob hoping the return window had closed by the time it got here)
