I do like BOT items, I have several but mostly for my horse not myself. I have mild carpal tunnel in my wrists thanks to my job (I cut in a commercial setting for 10+ hours a day 5x/week) and am wanting to try and keep it under control before needing surgery so I wanted to try these. I've been wearing it a few hours a day for a week now and 100% has made a difference. On Sundays I milk cows and lately my wrist has really been bothering me quite a lot. Today was my first time back after using the brace all week, I had NO pain or discomfort whatsoever. This brace is the only thing I changed in my routine. No creams or ointments etc only this brace. I absolutely recommend this. I would consider myself an average size woman and the small fits me well.I like this wristband bc it is strong & fits my wrist perfectly. (Size small) Previously purchased another brand, however it did not give same support. Washed this one by hand several times, no problems. Very good support for my wrist while drawing with coloured pencils. Highly recommend.I bought this because I sprained my wrist and already am a user of BOT products. This helps with pain and healing for sure. I didn’t find any major support from this brace but it really helped me in the pain department.Awesome product
