I am a 2XL Polo tshirt. This 2XL is WAY small. Barely fits at all. Easy enough to put on once adjusted to the limits but difficult to remove from shoulders. Does provide back and posture support. Sizing is the issue.For the price this is a very good posture corrector. The 2xL size is correct and fits well and wears comfortably. I initially didn’t like the support rod in the back but realize after a walk and when sitting down for rests it really does add additional support to keep your back straight. Couple small things I’d change but can’t beat it for price.I’m a BIG guy and I can still use this. Not while doing labor intensive things but it’s great for sitting at my desk.LOVE THE TOTAL COMFORT THIS BACK SUPPORT IS LOVE LOVE IT .NOW NO MORE SLOUCHING A MUST FOR ANYONE WORKING AT A COMPUTER ALL DAY. I sent it back.This is one of the better upper back support braces we've tried. The XXL size adjusts well to fit a muscular chest and back. It's a little bulky so this can't really be worn under clothing. Corrects and prevents slouching when sitting and is fairly comfortable to wear.I've tested a handful of posture correctors, and this one is my favorite.The main problem I find with them is that they come too far up the arm pit, and trying to rest your arms at your side results in pain. This posture corrector pushes the straps further down your sides so you can use it comfortably while standing straight, or at your desk.The metal bands definitely help to keep you sitting straight. It takes a little time to get used to, but then you forget about it.This is also the largest posture corrector I tried, and that makes it more difficult to hide under a shirt. The overall result is worth it, in my opinion.Overall a great posture corrector.Highly recommended.
