The seller must have listenef to the issues, because these chairs were wrapped and packed so securely. When I got them unpacked they looked gorgeous and not a single nick or defect to be found. I was able to put them together in less than 30 minutes. The are extremely sturdy and look more expensive than what I paid for them. They are a perfect addition to my kitchen.
