Since the boots are Australian made, they will have the AU sizing on them, which is one size less than the US size. We are selling based on the US size. For ex, US 8.5 is the same as 7.5 AU. So, if you order the boot with size 8.5 US, the tag on the boot will say 7.5 (AU size) on the pull strap. PLEASE NOTE THESE BOOTS ARE NOT 3X-WIDE BUT OUR SLIGHTLY WIDER BOOT. Our half sizes are slightly wider than our full sizes but have the same length

My husband is a mechanic and has tried many boots thru the years and once he tried these, he always comes back. They are non slip, waterproof and comfortable. They last awhile too in a mechanic setting being exposed to grease, oil and other chemicals. We have never wore them in a traditional setting so I'm sure they would last many years like that. They are expensive but outlast anything we have purchased that would be cheaper!! My son just purchased this pair and he also is a mechanic and loves them as well. Remember though they are Australian sizes so if you are in the US and wear a US10 order a size 9!!! Shipping always takes a long time
