I have been trying to find a top that isn't low cut for practicing yoga and that's long enough that it doesn't ride up and show my belly. After trying and failing with many other brands I have finally found a top that stays where it should AND doesn't show cleavage. I ordered a size large after trying the medium, because the medium was more like a running/super supportive tight sports top on me. I usually wear a medium or size 8 in shirts, so if you like a little more breathing room, I would size up in this. The fabric is great, thick, high quality.
