It fit horizontally, but didn't completely cover my rear window on my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. It covered it over 50% vertically and that's good enough to allow me to keep my window rolled down a few inches to help with heat escape and keep bugs out. It makes some noise when the window is rolled up and driving, but not a lot. I put the second one on my sister's 2000 Nissan Xterra, although there was a ~3/8" gap at the bottom away from the window because of the way her windows are designed, but still more or less worked. It would be better if it was vertically taller by several+ inches.
