I have a 2019 Kia Niro EV (North American version) and can confirm that this set of blades appears identical to the OEM rear wiper blade. Shipped in a solid box with a double sided cleaning cloth (nice little extra). The blades also have a plastic protector on them. Install takes about 10 seconds and that’s only if you stop in between removal of the old blade and installation of the new to take a sip of coffee. No instructions are included, but you can find a video on YouTube. $50+ for the OEM blades is a total rip off and these are an excellent value.
