Well packaged and came on time, actually, I think it came a little early. Very easy to hold and use. Love the length as I can reach my entire back with this. Light weight, which is good. The bristles are soft enough for me and do a good job of cleaning. The entire brush is well made. The handle is perfect for gripping, especially if you have gripping problems. It is 19 inches long which is the long enough to reach all areas without struggling. Though it is expensive compared to other back scrubbers I feel it is worth it for the pluses above. I would rather spend more on something so important as being able to clean my back easily then spend less and struggle to reach areas.
