I was really looking forward to trying this out.Unfortunately, it digs into sternum. Not enough real posture support. I need the posture support for work. Too painful to wear all dayThis is pretty much exactly like you see. The front opening is a bit small or shaped awkwardly though. I think it’s because the arm opening and underarm area doesn’t actually go all the way up to your armpit so it’s a bit off as far as location so if it was different it would be perfect. There’s great back coverage and super lightweight fabric that feels nice on skin.i got a medium. i’m usually a small but small wasn’t available and i read reviews that it runs small—i agree, but medium fit perfectly!! i also bought a s/m copper compression posture corrector, but it is way too wide ?. i will buy several more of these after i write this review. this thing is easy to apply with the hooks in the front and does not cause shoulder pain trying to get it on. i absolutely love it...which is saying a lot as i seem to be difficult to please ? and too small for most standard medical equipment, etc.Yo sé lo día ami nuera y a ella le duele la espalda y le gustó mucho por que abráza muy bien debajo de los brazos y espalda da suporte no más que hay que comprar talla más grandeEsta muy chicoBought this for a relative. It is good quality but if you're looking for something that demands a disciplined posture or if you have a genuine struggle staying upright yourself then this is not gping to fulfil that need. It has the kind of firm hold on your body the way a new bra would. Hope I'm making some sense here.It feels good. The tab where the hooks are should be a little bigger because the metal digs into my skin.This keeps me lifted and enhances my posture. This took the place of underwrite bras for me. I can now wear a comfortable bra and slip this on for lift and support.Quality is decent but it doesn't really correct the posture, it's like a tight training bra for me. I sized up and it was still a little tight for me. Probably won't use it. I work at a desk often and wanted something that could help correct bad posture. I get bad shoulder and neck pains and knots. I've been using this for a week and I've seen no improvement.Buy a larger size than you think. I normally wear medium but purchased XL and it works wonderfully. It is very comfortable and reminds me to keep my back straight.Way way too small. Too tight on shoulders and around under bust. Not much posture support.I usually fit in a medium so I bought a small and it wasn't very comfortable.
