Love it for a keepsake of my grandparents pictures and a few of their belongings. I keep it on my ancestor alter and it displays just perfect. the pins that it came with were nice a few were covered in a dried glue like substance and one was bent, could have also included a couple more, but otherwise nice!I like the size and it fits right where I wanted it. I like it also because it has the hard where already in place for you so you don't have to attach anyI love shadow boxes and have purchased quite a few. This is by far the nicest. It is very attractive and well-made. High quality at a reasonable price. One star off because of a few tiny spots that I had to touch up, undoubtedly due to the shipping process. So, perhaps a bit more packing material was needed to compensate for rough handling. In any event, I would definitely buy again.Glass shifts inside frame, overall pretty niceGlass could be tighter.It's very sturdy and looks greatI used this to make a key cabinet, hiding our keys in plain sight. I trimmed a large picture to fit in the glass frame; stained, cut and drilled some 1”x2” boards to fit across the width of the box, and added some tiny hooks on the boards. Then, I painted the metal hinges and the screw heads with brown acrylic paint to minimize the metallic gleam and hide the screw heads better. I’m pleased with how my project turned out, and it’s perfectly functional AND pretty enough to be in the main portion of the houseI needed a second shadow box to display my late Dad's WW II decorations, etc. He and I had already used one for the same of my Mom's that I got used years ago. This was the closest match for size and color. For the price it is very nice. Arrived quickly. Recommended.
